This webinar will focus on skills needed to develop an individual practicing cytopathology into a valuable resource for the laboratory. Laboratory professionals need to challenge themselves to constantly evolve, fill gaps that are created by extrinsic forces and demonstrate resiliency when encountering problems in the laboratory. Informal leadership is crucial for self-training, managing others, achieving stretch goals, and creating opportunities to excel.
